Job summary

MFA Incorporated in Higginsville, MO seeks an Agri Services Manager to lead the River Valley Agronomy location. You will oversee daily operations, manage customer relations, and drive operational effectiveness to meet location goals.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree in agriculture or equivalent experience with knowledge of feed and livestock production, agronomy, and grain handling. CDL is helpful; some overtime may be required.

Qualifications

• A bachelor’s degree in agriculture or equivalent experience.
• Class B CDL is helpful for on-site operations.
• Experience in feed and livestock production, agronomy and grain handling/marketing, fertilizer, and chemical.
• Mechanical ability is helpful for location upkeep.
• Forklift experience is beneficial for material handling.

Responsibilities

• Manage the River Valley Agronomy location and day-to-day operations.
• Oversee customer relations and ensure policy compliance.
• Work to maximize location throughput and operational effectiveness.
