Job summary

MFA Incorporated in Kirksville, MO is seeking a Laborer with CDL to help operate our Agri Services location. You will support feed, seed, fertilizer, grain and farm supply operations, working across areas as needed.

This role requires physical strength, reliability, and a willingness to obtain a CDL if not already held, with overtime including weekends. We offer comprehensive benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Strength and agility to maneuver product/equipment (50-100 pounds).
• CDL or willingness to obtain a CDL.
• Availability to work overtime, including weekends.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the general operation of the location by supporting all areas (feed, seed, fertilizer, grain, farm supply).
• Perform duties aligned with company policy and safety standards.
• Participate in cross-training across Agri-Service areas to gain new skills.
