Job summary

MFA Incorporated is seeking a laborer to support multiple areas of the Agri-Service location in Boonville, Missouri. The role involves assisting with feed, seed, fertilizer, grain, and farm supply operations, under guidance and safety standards.

Ideal candidates will have the ability to lift heavy objects (50–100 lbs), be available for overtime including weekends, and possess or be willing to obtain basic technical skills relevant to agricultural operations.

Qualifications

• Must be able to perform physical labor incl. lifting 50–100 pounds.
• Overtime required, including weekends as needed.
• Basic technical skills encouraged to support farm services.

Responsibilities

• Assist in general operation of the location across feed, seed, fertilizer, grain, and farm supply.
• Perform tasks per company policy and safety rules.
• Support various Agri-Service areas as needed.
