Job summary

MFA Incorporated is seeking a Bulk Plant Supervisor in Owensville, MO. The role focuses on managing and promoting fertilizer and crop protection product sales at the bulk plant while supporting counter sales and daily Agri-Service Center operations.

Candidates should be prepared for overtime and weekends as needed, with a strong emphasis on safety, policy compliance, and teamwork within an agricultural retail setting.

Qualifications

• BS in Agriculture or equivalent experience required.
• Class B CDL or willingness to obtain is necessary.
• Knowledge of livestock production and agronomy helpful.
• Ability to handle 50–100 lb products and equipment safely.
• Overtime and weekend availability may be required.

Responsibilities

• Manage and promote sales of fertilizer and crop protection products at the Bulk Plant facility.
• Assist with counter sales and day-to-day operations of the Agri-Service Center as needed.
• Ensure all activities follow company policies and safety guidelines.
