Job summary

The Simplot Company is seeking a Shipping Receiving Coordinator to ensure product availability, schedule deliveries, and maintain accurate inventory records. This role supports day-to-day operations, coordinates staff, and may personally deliver to customers.

Qualified candidates have 6 months to 1 year of related experience, strong Excel skills, and familiarity with DOT and agricultural products. Valid driver’s license and ability to lift 50 lbs required.

Qualifications

• Six months to one year of related experience and/or training.
• Inventory management experience preferred.
• Knowledge of DOT compliance practices a plus.
• Experience in agriculture industry preferred.
• Forklift certification a plus.
• Knowledge of basic farm equipment and operation preferred.
• Chemical/fertilizer knowledge preferred.
• Knowledge of region and customer needs a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates product delivery to growers and dispatches staff to maximize resources.
• Assists walk-in customers and processes orders.
• Keeps inventory records current and performs counts.
• Performs miscellaneous clerical tasks and general warehouse duties.
