Job summary

The J.R. Simplot Company, headquartered in Boise, Idaho, is seeking a Shipping Receiving Coordinator to manage product availability, deliveries, and inventory in a farm-to-table supply chain environment.

Under general direction, you will schedule deliveries, assist in day-to-day coordination, and ensure regulatory and safety compliance while supporting growers and customers at the SGS Retail location in the United States.

Qualifications

• Six months to one year of related experience and/or training.
• Must be organized and able to use the computer effectively.
• Prior experience in the agriculture industry preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate product delivery to growers and schedule deliveries.
• Provide service to walk-in customers and take telephone orders.
• Prepare product mix instruction sheets, MSDS, and work orders.
• Make product purchase recommendations to ensure adequate inventory.
• Perform physical inventory counts.
• Filing, clerical tasks, and general warehouse/maintenance duties.
