Economy Polymers & Chemicals seeks a results-driven Sales Representative for agricultural chemical treatments and crop inputs in the Montana/North Dakota region. You will expand customer relationships, identify opportunities, and provide agronomic guidance to retailers and large growers.

You will travel up to 50% for farm visits, grower meetings, and events, while maintaining CRM-driven territory records and delivering accurate quotes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in relevant fields.
• Minimum 5 years B2B sales experience in agricultural chemicals or crop inputs.
• Strong knowledge of agro market dynamics and regulatory considerations.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage relationships with agricultural retailers, co-ops, distributors, and large growers.
• Maintain understanding of regional crop markets and customer needs.
• Visit defined territory across North Dakota or Montana with high in-person engagement.
• Provide product recommendations, agronomic guidance, and technical support.
• Prepare pricing proposals and coordinate with logistics to ensure timely delivery.
• Capture market feedback and report territory performance regularly.
• Collaborate with procurement, operations, regulatory, and tech services.
