Job summary

gpac is seeking a Sales Agronomist to cover a small territory in North Dakota. You will service current growers and prospect new clients, selling chemicals, fertilizers, and seeds while delivering agronomic recommendations.

The role requires self-motivation and a background in agronomy, with 1+ years sales experience preferred. A related degree is also preferred. Benefits include a full package and company vehicle.

They are looking to hire a Sales Agronomist who can hit the ground running covering a small territory in North Dakota.

Sales Agronomist Responsibilities

• Service current growers as well as prospecting new clientele
• Sell chemical, fertilizer and seed products throughout a given territory
• Work independently and stay up to date with agronomic technology
• Give agronomic recommendations
• Perform soil/tissue samples

Sales Agronomist Requirements

• General computer skills with Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Outlook
• Self-motivated, ambitious and goal-driven
• 1+ years sales experience in an agronomy-related role is preferred
• Agronomy/Agriculture degree is preferred

Sales Agronomist Compensation

• Base salary of 65,000-90,000 DOE plus bonuses
• Full benefits package including health, dental, vision, PTO, 401K, etc.
• Paid cell phone, laptop, ipad and company vehicle
