Job summary

Mid-Kansas-Cooperative is seeking a CDL Driver 1 in Kansas to operate tractor-trailers or large trucks, delivering liquids, seeds and agronomy products. You will load products, perform basic truck maintenance and ensure safety and compliance with OSHA, DOT and EPA regulations.

The role requires a Class A CDL with HazMat and Tanker endorsements, the ability to work independently, and strong customer service to support farmers and strategic accounts.

Qualifications

• Must obtain knowledge of OSHA, State, EPA and DOT regulations.
• Ability to inspect and maintain trucks and operate them safely.
• Must obtain and maintain Class A CDL with HazMat and Tanker endorsements.
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Perform driving duties in accordance with work orders.
• Operate and maintain delivery equipment per manuals and report maintenance needs.
• Mix agronomy products according to quality standards.
• Inform supervisor of inventory needs and opportunities for new business.
• Provide outstanding customer service to generate repeat business.
