Job summary

MKC. is seeking a CDL Driver 1 to operate tractor-trailers or trucks (≥ 26,001 GVW) and support agricultural activities in Missouri. You will deliver liquids and dry mixes, seed, NH3, and grain, load products, and perform routine truck maintenance.

A positive, team-oriented attitude is essential to promote safety and customer service. Responsibilities include driving per work orders, loading/unloading, maintaining equipment, and ensuring compliance with OSHA/DOT regulations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Knowledge of OSHA, DOT regulations.
• Ability to inspect and maintain trucks.
• Understanding of agricultural products handled.

Responsibilities

• Perform driving duties safely and per work orders.
• Operate and maintain delivery equipment and report needs to supervisor.
• Mix agronomy products per quality standards.
• Report inventory needs to supervisor immediately.
• Greet customers and resolve problems with supervisor guidance.
• Ensure safe product handling and OSHA/compliance.
• Provide outstanding customer service to generate repeat business.
