JSK Hospitality is seeking a hands-on leader to support the General Manager at Courtyard by Marriott Elkhart. You will oversee daily operations, coach department heads, drive guest satisfaction, and protect financial performance while upholding brand standards.

Ideal candidates have 2-3 years of hotel leadership, strong operations and financial acumen, and a track record of developing teams. This role offers growth into a General Manager position within the JSK portfolio and a competitive

Qualifications

• HS diploma/equivalent (associate/bachelors preferred).
• 2–3 years hotel leadership (supervisor, department head, or AGM).
• Strong operations, guest service, and financial knowledge.
• Proven team leadership; excellent communication and problem-solving.
• Flexible shifts including evenings/weekends/holidays; ability to stand/walk and lift 25–30 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Assist GM with day-to-day operations.
• Lead/coach department heads and front-line associates.
• Monitor and improve guest satisfaction scores and online reviews.
• Support financial performance via revenue management, cost control, and budgeting.
• Ensure brand standards, safety, and company policy compliance.
• Oversee scheduling, training, and performance management.
• Handle escalated guest issues.
• Assist with hiring, onboarding, and talent development.
• Participate in inspections, audits, and continuous improvement.
• Act as GM when needed.
