Job summary

Mikey's Late Night Slice in Cincinnati is seeking an Assistant General Manager to support daily operations at the OTR location. You will help lead staff, manage guest service, inventory, scheduling, and safety standards.

The AGM collaborates with the GM to ensure hospitality excellence and smooth policy execution in a fast-paced restaurant. The role requires 21+, a passion for food, and the ability to work late nights, with strong problem-solving and people skills.

Qualifications

• Be at least 21 years of age or older.
• Must have a passion for food.
• Must be able to work late nights.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Restaurant leadership experience for at least 1 year.
• Speak clearly in a bustling restaurant atmosphere.
• Demonstrate problem-solving, self-motivation and organization.
• Engage with guests in line and know menu items.

Responsibilities

• Assist in ordering and scheduling.
• Oversee inventory management and product rotation.
• Delegate duties and coach staff effectively.
