Job summary

ABC Management is seeking a Residential Services Coordinator to help residents age in place by linking them to community resources and support services. You will develop retention programs, coordinate wellness clinics and events, and report on resident needs while ensuring compliance with Fair Housing laws.

The role involves strong collaboration with staff and community providers, case management, and ongoing documentation. Candidates with a related bachelor’s degree and LSW are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree beneficial with concentration in Social Work, Psychology, Gerontology, Mental Health or Counseling.
• 1–3 years of experience beneficial.
• Licensed Social Worker (LSW) beneficial.
• Ability to develop programs and calendar/newsletter.
• Strong communication of entitlement programs and resident support.

Responsibilities

• Interact with residents, monitoring their conditions, needs and the services they are receiving.
• Act as liaison between residents and management.
• Assessments, reassessments, and referrals.
• Develop and manage programs to enhance quality of life and increase cognitive stimulation.
• Case and crisis management.
• Reporting, documenting and record-keeping; networking and community building.
• Develop monthly calendar and newsletter.
• Attend corporate service coordinator meetings and coalitions with Senior Service Providers.
• Other responsibilities as assigned by the direct supervisor.
