The College of the Holy Cross invites applications for a full-time tenure-track Assistant Professor in Adult Development and Aging to begin in August 2027. The successful candidate will maintain a cohesive undergraduate research program and teach core psychology courses, contributing to an inclusive, life-course perspective.

We seek scholars who analyze cognitive resilience, emotional regulation, and social contexts, and who value inclusive teaching with evidence-based practices.

Qualifications

• Ph.D. in developmental psychology or related field by start date.
• Commitment to inclusive excellence in teaching.
• Experience engaging undergraduate students in research.

Responsibilities

• Teach core courses: Introduction to Psychology, Statistics, or Research Methods.
• Develop intermediate courses for core sequences and advanced seminars in area of expertise.
