Job summary

The College of the Holy Cross invites applications for a full-time tenure-track Assistant Professor in Adult Development and Aging to begin August 2027. The ideal candidate will teach Introduction to Psychology, Statistics, and Research Methods, develop intermediate courses, and run an undergraduate-friendly research program across the life course.

We seek inclusive pedagogies and diverse perspectives in line with our Jesuit mission. Applicants must have a Ph.D.

• Commitment to inclusive pedagogies and evidence-based teaching strategies.

Responsibilities

• Teach core and intermediate psychology courses (Intro to Psychology, Statistics, or Research Methods).
• Develop intermediate courses for Individual, Social, and Cultural Processes or Cognitive and Behavioral Processes.
• Lead an active research program that engages undergraduates in aging-focused work.
