Job summary

BDO USA seeks a skilled Agiloft Engineer to design, configure, and support CLM and workflow solutions, building integrations via REST/SOAP, scripts, and reports. You will translate business requirements into technical designs and deploy across development, testing, and production environments.

The role emphasizes collaboration with stakeholders, platform standards, and security, with opportunities to contribute to documentation, release practices, and data quality initiatives.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred in CS/IS/SE/Business Analytics or related.
• 4+ years configuring or developing on Agiloft platform required.
• 4+ years developing workflow or case management solutions (automation, security) required.
• Experience integrating SaaS via REST/SOAP APIs required.
• Experience with SQL for data validation and reporting preferred.
• Agiloft certification and ITIL Foundation preferred.
• Knowledge of access controls, audit trails, and change management for enterprise platforms.

Responsibilities

• Gathers and documents functional and technical requirements for Agiloft enhancements and new capabilities.
• Configures Agiloft objects, fields, layouts, forms, permissions, and roles.
• Develops workflows, business rules, validations, notifications, and automation scripts within Agiloft.
• Builds and maintains integrations using APIs, web services, middleware, and file-based interfaces.
• Develops and maintains reports, dashboards, and saved searches to support business operations and leadership needs.
• Performs unit testing, regression testing, and user acceptance testing coordination for releases.
• Troubleshoots incidents and defects, performs root-cause analysis, and implements corrective actions.
• Maintains technical documentation, configuration standards, and release notes.
• Supports data loads, data quality checks, and environment refresh activities.
• Partners with Information Security and stakeholders to implement access controls, auditability, and compliance requirements.
