Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. in Chicago seeks an Agility Lead to champion Agile practices across the Reference Data Engineering team.

You will guide, mentor, and coordinate with teams to foster collaboration, innovation, and high performance while adapting to changing priorities. You will lead agile transformations, leverage AI capabilities to accelerate insights, and ensure compliance with data sensitivity requirements.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in coaching teams on agile methodologies and project management.
• Experience coaching an agile organization with 100+ people.
• Experience using enterprise‑authorized AI capabilities to support agile coaching and delivery workflows.
• Ability to review and validate AI‑assisted insights and escalate when uncertain.
• Knowledge of multiple product development lifecycle stages, methodologies, and best practices.
• Expertise in agile delivery across Scrum, Kanban, XP, and scaling frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach teams to adopt agile methodologies and promote open communication and continuous improvement.
• Oversee agility lead practices for enterprise-wide group of reference data engineering teams.
• Use enterprise‑authorized AI capabilities to accelerate delivery insights and validate outputs with data sensitivity in mind.
• Communicate organizational impediments to leadership using advanced facilitation and presentation skills.
• Develop and implement short to mid-term operational and transformation plans with metrics for delivery.
• Identify trends and contribute to new policies and best practices in the discipline.
• Promote and standardize reuse‑first, AI‑assisted continuous improvement practices across teams.
