Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. is seeking a VP Data Transformation Lead to drive cross-functional transformation of party reference data, leading a global team and redesigning operating models to uplift data quality and streamline onboarding, KYC, and regulatory reporting.

You will partner with Party Reference Data leadership, Reference Data Strategy, Technology, and business stakeholders to deliver measurable improvements in client experience, operational efficiency, and control outcomes.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in data management, process management, and transformation roles in large organizations.
• Strong visualization skills for process, data, and decision modeling.
• Proven program, project, and change management leadership.
• Hands-on in defining and implementing business processes.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, with executive updates & narratives.
• Problem-solving with data-driven decision-making and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Build and lead a global team; recruit, develop, retain talent; manage capacity and performance.
• Own end-to-end program delivery with integrated plans, milestones, KPIs.
• Define and socialize the target operating model for party reference data, including RACI and SLAs.
• Assess current-state processes; design future-state operating models to reduce cycle time and errors.
• Produce executive-ready materials in PowerPoint; analyze in Excel; collaborate in SharePoint.
• Orchestrate cross-functional execution across business, operations, technology, risk and compliance.
