Job summary

Contact Government Services, LLC (CGS) is seeking an experienced Agile Coach to drive transformation across teams and programs for a large federal agency. You will coach executives, product owners, Scrum Masters, and teams, embedding Agile, Lean, and DevSecOps practices.

The role focuses on SAFe alignment, training, and coaching, with emphasis on improving delivery velocity, quality, and collaboration across the enterprise. CGS values growth, teamwork, and government-focused innovation.

Qualifications

• Demonstrate Agile mindset and experience coaching executives, managers, PMs, and Scrum Masters.
• Minimum of 5 years practical Agile experience with SAFe emphasis.
• Ability to guide Agile transformations across teams and programs.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Agile transformation for multiple teams and programs.
• Facilitate workshops on Agile/Lean, Scrum, and Kanban principles.
• Lead Agile Training for government stakeholders and contractors.
• Provide ongoing coaching for sprint planning and iterations.
• Support teams with backlogs, boards, and automation.
• Evolve Agile maturity assessment and report findings.
• Coordinate cross-team planning and grooming sessions.
• Prepare organization-wide Agile artifacts and methodology docs.
