Job summary

Cencora is seeking an experienced training and program management professional to guide Agile enablement and digital transformation initiatives. You will design, deliver, and refine training programs, working with leaders to map adoption plans and measure impact on performance.

The role emphasizes instructional design, stakeholder collaboration, and continuous improvement of training materials and methods, including exploring gamification techniques to drive engagement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• 4+ years of experience in technical project management, program management, or related field.
• Certification in SAFe SPC, CSM, PMP, PMI-ACP or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Navigate teams and leaders on agile implementation to improve flow, predictability, and outcomes.
• Plan and deliver training programs and workshops for Agile Enablement and Digital Transformation engagements.
• Map training plans for individuals and teams adopting Agile or Digital Transformation.
• Design and develop training programs and materials; review and update training aids.
• Assess effectiveness and impact of training on skills and KPIs; adjust materials accordingly.
• Conduct training needs assessments to identify areas of strength and weakness and define future needs.
• Coordinate training session logistics including space, attendees, supplies and instructors.
• Maintain curriculum database and training records; manage in-house facilities and equipment.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and instructional design experts; explore new training methods including gamification.
