Job summary

Cencora is seeking a Senior Agile Coach to guide agile adoption across teams and leaders, strengthening delivery flow and predictability. You will identify impediments, coach ceremonies, and drive improvements while aligning with stakeholders and product owners.

The role involves mentoring peers, facilitating workshops, and applying agile practices to complex delivery areas with limited guidance.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, engineering, or business.
7+ years of Agile coaching and enterprise transformation experience.
Certifications in SAFe SPC, CSM, PMP, PMI-ACP or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

Coach Agile teams and leaders on Agile principles, roles, practices, and team structures to improve flow, predictability, and outcomes.
Help identify and remove systemic impediments that limit team effectiveness, delivery flow, or adoption of consistent Agile ways of working.
Facilitate Agile workshops, training, and coaching sessions tailored to team roles and Agile maturity needs.
Support Agile reporting and tooling practices to improve transparency, delivery visibility, and continuous improvement.
Partner with Scrum Masters, product owners, delivery teams, technical project leaders, and stakeholders to improve delivery practices across technical initiatives.
Communicate Agile adoption progress, delivery risks, improvement opportunities, and recommended actions to project and functional leaders.
Mentor peers and team members on practical Agile behaviors, team facilitation, continuous improvement, and effective use of Agile ceremonies.
