Job summary

Cencora is seeking a Senior Agile Coach to guide teams and leaders in applying Agile principles, practices, and structures to improve delivery flow and outcomes. The role may own a complex Agile workstream or technical delivery area, offering peer coaching with limited guidance.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in Agile coaching, enterprise Agile transformation, technical project management, program management, Scrum Master, Product Manager or a related field required.
• Certification in SAFe SPC Certification, CSM, PMP, PMI-ACP, agile methodologies, or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coach Agile teams and leaders on Agile principles, roles, practices, and team structures to improve flow, predictability, and outcomes.
• Help identify and remove systemic impediments that limit team effectiveness, delivery flow, or adoption of consistent Agile ways of working.
• Facilitate Agile workshops, training, and coaching sessions tailored to team roles and Agile maturity needs.
• Support Agile reporting and tooling practices to improve transparency, delivery visibility, and continuous improvement.
• Partner with Scrum Masters, product owners, delivery teams, technical project leaders, and stakeholders to improve delivery practices across technical initiatives.
• Communicate Agile adoption progress, delivery risks, improvement opportunities, and recommended actions to project and functional leaders.
• Mentor peers and team members on practical Agile behaviors, team facilitation, continuous improvement, and effective use of Agile ceremonies.
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, engineering, business, or a related field, or equivalent experience required.
