Responsibilities

• Champion and implement Agile methodologies across teams.

• Facilitate training to enhance team skills in requirements management, data analysis, and new technologies.
• Apply analytics to identify improvements and KPI measurement.
• Drive digital transformation initiatives including AI considerations.
• Provide empathetic coaching and mentoring to foster growth and self-organization.
