Formación

• Proven experience coaching and mentoring teams in agile environments.
• Demonstrated expertise in Agile Methodology and practical application.
• Strong analytical acumen and proficiency in data analysis.
• Experience with business process improvements and digital transformation.
• Familiarity with AI concepts and their potential applications.
• Excellent communication, listening and facilitation skills.
• Empathy, emotional intelligence and change-management ability.
• Experience with requirements management and KPI definition.
• Solid understanding of risk management principles.
• Ability to influence stakeholders and manage relationships.

Responsabilidades

• Champion and implement Agile methodologies across teams while upholding principles.
• Listen to stakeholders to understand challenges, opportunities, and requirements.
• Facilitate training sessions to enhance team skills in requirements, data and new tech.
• Apply data analysis to identify process improvements and measure KPIs.
• Lead digital transformation initiatives and evaluate AI-related impacts.
• Provide empathetic coaching, fostering growth, collaboration and self-organization.
• Manage change within teams and ensure smooth adoption of new processes.
• Engage in requirements management for clarity and alignment of goals.
• Identify and mitigate risks with proactive problem-solving.
• Build strong stakeholder relationships to gain buy-in for initiatives.
