Job summary

Macquarie is seeking a skilled Scrum Master/Project Manager to support Agile delivery across product and platform teams. You will facilitate ceremonies, remove blockers and help manage risks, dependencies and commitments across stakeholders.

Qualifications

Experience as a Scrum Master or Project Manager, working closely with Product Owners and engineering teams.
Experience with Investment Banking or Private Credit.
Proven experience applying Agile delivery practices and supporting Agile ways of working and delivering complex projects across multiple teams.
Strong facilitation skills, with the ability to guide teams in the adoption of Agile principles and practices.
Ability to identify and manage risks, dependencies, delivery challenges and forecasting activities.
