Job summary
Macquarie Bank Limited in New York is seeking an experienced Scrum Master/Project Manager to support Agile delivery across product and platform teams. You will facilitate ceremonies, remove blockers and help teams deliver value efficiently.
You will coach teams on Agile practices, manage risks and dependencies, and collaborate with product owners and engineering to plan and forecast commitments. Hybrid work arrangements are available.
Qualifications
- Experience as a Scrum Master or Project Manager working with Product Owners and engineering teams.
- Experience with Investment Banking or Private Credit.
- Proven experience applying Agile delivery practices across multiple teams and global locations.
- Strong facilitation skills guiding teams in the adoption of Agile principles and practices.
- Ability to identify and manage risks, dependencies, delivery challenges and forecasting activities.
