Job summary

Macquarie is seeking a Scrum Master/Project Manager to support Agile delivery across product and platform teams in a global financial services environment. You will facilitate ceremonies, remove blockers and help manage risks, dependencies and commitments across stakeholders.

The role offers hybrid working arrangements, exposure to investment banking contexts, and opportunities to coach teams on Agile practices while collaborating with business and technology partners to improve delivery

Qualifications

Experience as a Scrum Master or Project Manager in complex delivery environments.
Experience with Investment Banking or Private Credit is beneficial.
Strong track record applying agile delivery practices and leading multi-team coordination.
Excellent facilitation and communication skills to guide teams.
Ability to identify and manage risks, dependencies and delivery blockers.
