Job summary

Spectraforce Technologies is seeking a Scrum Master in Southlake, TX on-site four days per week for a 6-month term with potential extension or conversion. You will guide multiple teams through Scrum practices, coach stakeholders, and foster agile maturity to deliver business value.

You will collaborate with Product Owners, remove impediments, and drive effective Scrum ceremonies while promoting transparency and continuous improvement across AI-enabled development efforts.

Responsibilities

• Be a servant leader: empower teams to succeed.
• Remove impediments to help the team achieve Sprint goals.
• Radiate information so stakeholders can see progress (backlogs, burndown charts, velocity).
• Work with AI-native engineering teams.
• Support the Product Owner with backlog and release planning.
• Facilitate creativity and empowerment for the development team.
• Improve the team's engineering practices and tools as needed.
• Communicate with all stakeholders to ensure alignment and transparency.
• Act as Scrum Master for 2+ Agile teams.
• Provide leadership, direction and coaching to mature Scrum processes.
• Create an environment where the team is motivated, self-organizing and self-sufficient.
• Organize effective Scrum meetings: backlog grooming, Sprint planning, daily Scrum, Sprint review, Sprint retrospective.
• Encourage teams to inspect and adapt regularly.
• Assist Product Owners and Project Managers with planning and grooming.
