SFE is seeking an experienced Scrum Master to drive Agile practices for infrastructure migration initiatives in California. The role requires coordinating multiple teams, planning migration cycles, and facilitating ceremonies to ensure on-time delivery.

You will collaborate with infrastructure, engineering, operations, and project management to manage risks and keep stakeholders informed throughout the migration lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Experience leading Scrum events (planning, stand-ups, reviews, retros) in infrastructure migration contexts.
• Solid understanding of migration planning cycles and coordinating multiple teams.
• Excellent stakeholder communication and risk/ blocker management.

Responsabilités

• Lead Scrum and Agile activities for infrastructure migration projects.
• Plan and coordinate infrastructure migration cycles, timelines, and deliverables.
• Facilitate sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
• Coordinate with infrastructure, engineering, operations, and project management teams.
• Manage project dependencies, risks, blockers, and issues.
• Communicate project status, milestones, and risks to stakeholders.
• Support release planning and ensure alignment across multiple teams.
• Track progress and help ensure migration activities are completed on schedule.
