Job summary

Talantir is seeking an experienced Scrum Master to lead Agile ceremonies and coach cross-functional teams. You will drive sprint planning, stand-ups, reviews and retrospectives while ensuring clear Jira updates and progress tracking.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in IT with 3+ years as a Scrum Master, strong Agile knowledge, and experience with infrastructure, cloud, or DevOps environments. Remote work is supported.

Qualifications

5+ years of IT experience with 3+ years as a Scrum Master.
Strong knowledge of Agile / Scrum methodology.
Experience working with infrastructure, cloud, or DevOps teams.
Hands-on experience with Jira or other Agile tools.
Good communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

Facilitate Agile ceremonies such as Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.
Guide and coach teams on Agile and Scrum best practices.
Track sprint progress and ensure accurate updates in Jira.
