Job summary

Accenture Federal Services is seeking a Scrum Master for the Migration Team to lead assessments, planning, and migration of applications within an Agile framework. The role combines Scrum Master duties with technical leadership to guide complex migrations and ensure on-time delivery aligned with business goals.

The ideal candidate will drive collaboration, remove blockers, and coach teams in Agile practices while working with Product Owners and ARTs to coordinate backlogs and milestones.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant experience in Agile environments and technical project leadership.
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent Agile certification (e.g., SAFe, PSM).
• Strong understanding of cloud technologies and application migration strategies.
• Proficiency with Agile project management tools (e.g., Jira, Azure DevOps).

Responsibilities

• Facilitate key Scrum ceremonies, including PI Planning, Sprint Planning, Daily Standups, Reviews, and Retrospectives.
• Remove impediments to ensure high-performing, dynamic team operations.
• Coach team members to adopt Agile/Scrum best practices.
• Collaborate with Product Owners to manage and prioritize the product backlog.
