Qualifications

• 3–4 years of Agile Project Management or Scrum Master experience in a digital agency or consulting environment.
• Excellent knowledge of Scrum techniques and artifacts.
• Knowledge of other Agile frameworks (Kanban, SAFe, XP) is a plus.
• Scrum Master Certification or hands-on Agile experience described in detail.
• Strong English written and verbal communication across organizational levels.
• Exceptional planning, organizational, conflict-resolution, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple concurrent projects for Appnovation's clients.
• Manage project timelines and budgets to remain within or under budget.
• Coordinate sprints, retrospective meetings and daily stand-ups.
• Work with Product Owners to handle backlog grooming and new requests.
• Facilitate internal communications and be the point of contact with external stakeholders.
• Estimate and track velocity, costs, develop resource plans, and assess potential issues and risks.
• Coach team members in Agile frameworks and guide teams to higher levels of scrum maturity.
• Resolve conflicts, remove obstacles, and help teams implement changes effectively.
• Ensure deliverables meet high quality standards at the end of each sprint.
• Identify and provide recommendations for process improvement in project delivery.
• Help build a productive and enjoyable environment where team members own the product.
