Job summary

BCforward is seeking an experienced Agile Scrum Master to join our Chandler, AZ team on a contract basis for 12 months. You will drive end-to-end technology delivery, manage stakeholder relationships, and ensure business outcomes through Agile, Scrum, SAFe, and hybrid methods.

The ideal candidate has 7+ years of project management with Agile, relevant certifications, and strong change management skills. Proficiency in MS Word/PowerPoint/Excel and aBachelor’s degree are required.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of end-to-end project management experience with Agile delivery.
• Agile certification required. Agile Scrum Master or RTE certification preferred.
• Strong change management experience and ability to lead cross-functional teams.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, time management, and prioritization skills.
• Demonstrated ability to manage project financials and budgets.
• Bachelor's degree required.

Responsibilities

• Establish and manage projects to deliver defined business outcomes across technology and non-technology initiatives.
• Lead projects leveraging Agile, Scrum, SAFe, and hybrid approaches for application development, systems integration, process reengineering, and infrastructure deployments.
• Serve as primary escalation point for technology issues and drive overall technology execution.
• Develop, maintain, and manage detailed project plans, schedules, and milestones.
• Identify, assign, track, escape, and resolve issues and risks, and develop mitigation strategies.
• Partner with line-of-business change management teams to communicate technology deliverables and transition plans with success measures.
• Plan, organize, monitor, and control projects using appropriate tools and techniques to ensure on-time delivery.
• Schedule and facilitate ceremonies and status meetings, set agendas, and document minutes and action items.
• Provide clear status reporting on deliverables and elevate issues to senior leaders as needed.
• Manage project financials and maintain required documentation and tracking systems.
