Job summary

Brooksource is seeking an experienced Scrum Master in Indianapolis to support Agile software development teams and drive collaboration, continuous improvement, and successful project delivery.

You will coach teams on Agile principles, facilitate ceremonies, remove blockers, and partner with Product Owners to prioritize backlogs. The role emphasizes accountability, transparency, and learning within an onsite, collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• Certified Scrum Master or deep Scrum framework knowledge.
• Experience supporting Agile software development teams.
• Strong knowledge of Agile project management methodologies.
• Ability to resolve conflicts, remove blockers, and influence teams toward success.
• Experience tracking project progress and communicating metrics to stakeholders and leadership.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Project, Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint.

Our client is seeking an experienced Scrum Master to support Agile software development teams and help drive collaboration, continuous improvement, and successful project delivery. This individual will serve as a coach, facilitator, and servant leader, helping teams adopt Agile best practices while fostering a culture of accountability, transparency, and continuous learning.

What You'll Do

• Prior Product Owner or Project Management experience.
• Five days onsite in downtown Indianapolis.
• Core working hours typically fall between 7:00 AM and 5:00 PM, depending on team collaboration needs.
