Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience with Master proficiency in Microsoft Azure DevOps.
- Must be able to work Shift Time 3PM ET to 12AM ET.
- High School Diploma or GED
Responsibilities
- Facilitate Agile Release Train events and processes, including communicating with stakeholders, escalating progress impediments, managing risk, and driving continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with Product and Solution Management, Product Owners and other stakeholders to align strategy and execution.
- Mentor and guide team members in Agile best practices and tools; influence decisions across multiple teams.
- Analyze performance metrics to identify trends and recommend actionable improvements for the release train.
- Drive continuous improvement of Release Train processes to enhance delivery efficiency and quality.
