Dexian Government Solutions seeks a Project Manager to lead initiatives at DLIFLC, Monterey, CA, driving projects from initiation through implementation while uniting business stakeholders and technical teams in an Agile/Waterfall environment.

The role requires 5+ years PM experience, a BA/BS (or equivalent), and certifications like CS M/ IAT II. Proficiency with MS Project, 365, and GitLab is preferred. Strong communication and leadership are essential.

Qualifications

• BA/BS in related field with 5+ years PM experience, or AA/AS with 7+ years, or 9+ years in PM.
• Elicit/document user requirements and manage lifecycle of projects.
• Experience with Microsoft 0365, Microsoft Project and GitLab.
• Strong communication, organization, and cross-functional collaboration.
• Certified Scrum Master and IAT Level II security credentials preferred to start.

Responsibilities

• Lead projects through initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and closure.
• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, budgets, and resources.
• Manage scope, timelines, risks, issues, and dependencies.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and provide status updates to leadership.
• Facilitate meetings and gather requirements with stakeholders.
• Translate requirements into detailed specifications for technical teams.
• Monitor performance and implement corrective actions as needed.
• Support change management and user adoption.
