Job summary

Dexian Government Solutions is seeking a Business Analyst to develop, coordinate, and manage multiple projects at DLIFLC in Monterey, CA. The role supports cross-functional teams including development, IT operations, and information security, translating requirements into actionable tasks and ensuring thorough documentation and stakeholder alignment.

Target Salary: $75K to $80K

LOCATION: DLIFLC, 1759 Lewis Road, Monterey, CA 93944

Position Description:

• Develops, coordinates, tracks, and manages projects for a variety of simultaneous initiatives of varying sizes.
• Supports cross functional project teams consisting of application development, IT operations, and information security teams.
• Works with subject matter experts to document user acceptance test plans and coordinates the execution of user acceptance testing.
• Documents and tracks project changes, risks, and issues through resolution.
• Regularly meets with stakeholders to identify and document business, functional, and technical requirements.
• Maintains and updates all documentation requirements.
• Communicates changes to requirements and projects to all stakeholders.

Position Requirements:

• Strong interpersonal and communications skills.

Secondary Requirements:

• Ability to multi-task and effectively prioritize competing requirements.

Experience:

• 2+ Years of business analysis experience
• 3+ Years of project management experience

Requirements to Start:

• A Certified Scum Product Owner Certification is Required to Start
• An IAT I Certification (A+ CE, CCNA Security, Network+ CE, or SSCP) is Required to Start
• A NACLC Public Trust is Required to Start
