Aperia Solutions is seeking a Project Manager to plan, track, and manage enterprise projects in the payments space. The role involves leading agile ceremonies, coordinating with stakeholders, and ensuring alignment with roadmap and SDLC practices.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of project management experience in an Agile environment.
• Experience delivering technical software solutions using SDLC across Waterfall, Iterative, and Agile models.
• Ability to produce project tracking documentation and manage risk and issues.

Responsibilities

• Organize and facilitate project planning and scrum ceremonies.
• Coordinate with Scrum Master, Client Engagement Manager, and Product Owner on roadmap alignment.
• Monitor progress and report on milestones, status, and issues.
• Manage resources and resolve conflicts to meet project criteria.
• Prepare estimates of effort and evaluate ETC to ensure on-time delivery.
