Job summary

Aperia is seeking a Project Manager to plan, track, and manage enterprise projects for a key client in the payments space. The role requires coordinating with stakeholders and development teams to deliver on time and within scope.

Ideal candidates have 4+ years in Agile project management, strong communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment across multiple locations, including Alpharetta, GA. Must be able to handle flexible hours for critical schedules.

Qualifications

• 4+ years’ experience in project management in an Agile environment.
• Experience in delivery of technical software solutions using SDLC methodologies (Waterfall, Iterative, Agile).
• Excellent written and verbal communications skills at business and technical level.
• Ability to lead teams and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Organize and facilitate project planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
• Coordinate with Scrum Master, Client Engagement Manager, and Product Owner for alignment on plan and roadmap.
• Monitor sprint/release progress relative to plan and ensure SDLC adherence.
• Lead projects to meet defined success criteria with proper initiation, planning, execution, and closing.
• Produce project plans, estimates, and deliverables; track status, milestones and issues.
