Job summary

Insight Global is seeking an Agile Project Manager to support multiple digital transformation initiatives, leading Scrum ceremonies, coordinating priorities, and reporting project health to stakeholders.

The role emphasizes understanding the 'why' behind Agile, delivering measurable business value and ROI, and owning several initiatives with limited direction. Azure DevOps experience and AI rollout exposure are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant professional experience.
• 5+ years of project management, Agile delivery, Scrum Master, or similar experience.
• 3+ years working directly within Agile/Scrum environments.
• Experience independently managing multiple concurrent projects/workstreams.
• Hands-on experience leading Scrum ceremonies including standups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and backlog-related activities.
• Strong understanding of Agile principles.
• Experience with Azure DevOps (ADO).
• Strong stakeholder communication and leadership-level status reporting.
• Experience tracking and communicating project risks, dependencies, milestones, and delivery health.
• Ability to communicate business value, outcomes, and ROI, rather than simply reporting task completion.
• Digital Transformation experience.
• Agile coaching or Agile transformation experience.
• PMP, CSM, PSM, SAFe, or similar certification.
• Experience working across Product, Engineering, IT, and business teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead Scrum ceremonies (standups, sprint planning, retrospectives, backlog refinement).
• Coordinate priorities and dependencies across multiple initiatives.
• Track project health and provide reporting to stakeholders and leadership.
• Help teams understand the why behind Agile and connect delivery to business value and ROI.
• Manage approximately three initiatives concurrently.
• Document progress and artifacts in Azure DevOps (ADO).

Insight Global is seeking an Agile Project Manager who will support multiple concurrent digital transformation initiatives, helping teams successfully implement and operate within Agile ways of working. This person will lead Scrum ceremonies, coordinate priorities and dependencies, track project health, and provide clear reporting to stakeholders and leadership. A major focus will be helping teams understand the "why" behind Agile, keeping stakeholders informed, and connecting project delivery back to measurable business value and ROI. The role will manage roughly three initiatives at a time and requires someone who can take ownership with limited direction. Experience documenting with Azure DevOps (ADO) and exposure to AI implementations or rollouts is preferred for this role. Pay rate- $65/hr.
