The Administrative IT Project Manager plays a critical role in supporting and executing administrative-focused IT projects within the NC Health Information Exchange Authority (HIEA).

Required and Desired Skills
  1. Experience: Familiarity with administrative IT projects in a regulated or healthcare-adjacent environment. Experience: 5 Years
  2. Healthcare Data Exchange: Familiarity with healthcare data exchange environments (HIE, EHRs, interoperability standards). Experience: 5 Years
  3. Project Management Methodologies: Understanding of methodologies such as Waterfall, Agile, Hybrid. Experience: 5 Years
  4. Procurement and Vendor Management: Experience with procurement processes, vendor management, and contracting best practices. Experience: 5 Years
  5. Systems Knowledge: Working knowledge of HR systems, budgeting tools, and legal/compliance tracking solutions. Experience: 5 Years
  6. Communication Skills: Effective communicator across technical and non-technical audiences. Experience: 5 Years
