Schneider Electric has a meaningful opportunity for an AGILE Project Manager position in a hybrid role in either Nashville, TN or Dallas, TX. What will you do?

1. Own & manage projects in scope (Medium Voltage), timelines, budget, resource allocation, and risk management strategies.
2. Facilitate and optimize the flow of value with all involved functions.
3. Actively manage critical path and risks, beyond task completion.
4. Motivate and challenge teams to meet schedules and plans.
5. Facilitate planning, set objectives, and ensure project execution aligns with goals.
6. Communicate effectively with stakeholders, providing updates on project status, changes, and milestones.
7. Drive a culture of continuous improvement via feedback, retrospectives, and lessons learned (in SAFe/Agile environment).
8. Provide input on resourcing to address bottlenecks.
9. Create and maintain an environment of trust and openness.
10. Ensure project excellence in product quality and customer value.
11. Manage the project budget, monitor deviations, and propose mitigation plans.

What qualifications will make you successful for this role?

1. Fluency in both English and Spanish.
2. Ability to travel up to 20% (continental or international).
3. Bachelor’s Degree in a related field.
4. >3 years of project management experience in Scrum/Agile hardware production environment.
5. Understanding of offer strategy and ability to identify and launch solutions.
6. Exceptional leadership and team management skills, with experience leading multi-site & remote teams.
7. Strong skills in communication, risk assessment, change management, problem solving, stakeholder management, and influencing.
8. Experience leading from development to manufacturing for a global market.
9. PMP certification.
10. Agile/SAFe certification (SPC or others).
