Job summary

Socket.dev is seeking a Program Manager to provide Agile project management support for a large Army enterprise in Florida. The role includes dynamic resource allocation, performance metrics, and integration with government tools and processes to accelerate delivery.

You will oversee a diverse team across engineering, cybersecurity, data analysis, and DevSecOps, ensuring compliance with security frameworks and government requirements while driving process improvements and efficient workload

Qualifications

• Ability to obtain and maintain required security clearance (Top Secret/SCI as applicable).
• Experience supporting Agile program or project management in a DoD environment.
• Experience with Agile methodologies, Jira, Scrum, Kanban, backlog management, and performance metrics.
• Strong analytical, organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills; Agile, Scrum, PMP, SAFe, or related certification required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee agile resource allocation across multiple PM programs and offices.
• Provide real-time visibility of velocity, cycle times, blockers via Agile dashboards (Kanban/Sprint).
• Integrate contractor task management with Government Jira for tracking and backlog priorities.
• Develop workload-sizing methodologies for estimation and forecasting delivery velocity.
• Identify blockers and coordinate rapid, collaborative resolution with Government leadership.
• Support Agile adoption, backlog refinement, and continuous improvement activities.
• Provide acquisition lifecycle, financial, and security cooperation support to accelerate timelines.
• Oversee a team of engineering, data analysis, cybersecurity, DevSecOps, training, testing, and threat systems staff.
• Support cloud architectures (IL5/IL6/IL7), CI/CD pipelines, automated security, and cATO activities.
• Support CM using DoD Army/War enterprise tools.
• Assist with government property transactions and excess property management.
