Job summary

Korpack in the western Chicago suburbs is seeking a Production Scheduler who treats the schedule as a living plan, re-sequencing with confidence when realities change and keeping production, materials, and shipping aligned.

You will own the production schedule across two facilities, work inside Acumatica, validate material availability, sequence changeovers, and communicate changes so the floor is never surprised.

Qualifications

• Experience scheduling in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, preferably food packaging.
• Co-manufacturing or co-packing experience is a plus.
• Tech-savvy with ERP systems; comfortable using Acumatica and scheduling software.
• Ability to re-sequence schedules quickly as changes occur.

Responsibilities

• Own production schedule across two facilities.
• Build the plan and validate material availability.
• Sequence changeovers to minimize downtime.
• Communicate changes to the floor and teams.
• Collaborate with Production Managers, Materials Managers, and customer-facing teams.
