ITW's Alpine division is seeking a Product Owner to translate roadmaps into actionable development plans and guide Scrum teams to deliver customer-centric software products. You will own backlog priorities, collaborate with Product Management, Marketing, Support, Operations, and Engineering, and ensure alignment with business goals.

The role requires strong communication, domain knowledge in manufacturing workflows, and the ability to drive product value across releases.

Qualifikationen

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, Marketing, or a comparable discipline; an MBA is a plus
Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) is preferred
Software Product strategy and management experience with demonstrated value delivery
Experience with Agile frameworks Scrum/SAFe and cross-functional collaboration
Up to 25% travel and strong communication skills

Aufgaben

Own execution of the product roadmap established by Product Manager for a specific focus area or product line
Translate strategic direction into clear, actionable development plans
Partner with Development Managers to manage sprint planning, backlog prioritization, and release scope
Create and maintain clear, concise user stories with well-defined acceptance criteria
Collaborate with UX/UI teams to align designs with user needs and business objectives
Facilitate agile events and coordinate with support/implementation teams
