Agile Product Owner Advisor (Finance)

The job profile for this position is Agile Product Owner Advisor, a Band 4 Career Track Role with Cigna-Evernorth Services, Inc.

Responsibilities

1. Use Scrum methodology to facilitate secure electronic communication between different healthcare entities.
2. Provide analysis, architecture, and design support for the Scrum team.
3. Work as part of the Systems Integration team to integrate customer needs.
4. Oversee the team's intake of work and prioritize delivery to maximize business value.
5. Collaborate with system teams, business owners, and requesters.
6. Implement API standards and microservices architecture within systems.
7. Work with cloud services and RESTful APIs to process incoming electronic requests and implement appropriate outgoing responses.
8. Maintain and refine the inflow of work to the team's product backlog, ensuring proper prioritization.
9. Partial virtual/work from home benefit available.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Electronics and Telecommunications Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Engineering, or related field, with 5 years of IT experience, OR
• Master's degree or foreign equivalent in the same fields, with 2 years of IT experience.
• Experience with APIs, RESTful APIs, SOAP services, JSON, XML, Microservices architecture, Cloud services/technologies, Agile/Scrum methodologies, and Healthcare Benefits domain.

Additional Requirements

If working from home, internet connection must be via cable broadband or fiber optic service with at least 10 Mbps download and 5 Mbps upload speeds.
