Job summary

Evans, Inc. is seeking an Agile Project Manager to lead and coordinate Microsoft 365 projects and related operational initiatives for a Federal Reserve Board contract.

The role focuses on Agile leadership, project delivery, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure successful administration, enhancement, and support of M365 services. Responsibilities include facilitating Agile ceremonies, removing blockers, coaching teams on best practices, and managing schedules, risks, and communications

Qualifications

5–7 years of IT project management or Scrum Master experience.
Experience delivering both operational support and projects in a fast-paced environment.
Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, OneDrive, Copilot.

Responsibilities

Facilitate Agile ceremonies and manage Kanban workflows.
Remove blockers and drive continuous improvement.
Coach teams on Agile best practices and ensure on-time, within-scope delivery of M365 projects.
Manage project schedules, risks, resources, and stakeholder communications.
Coordinate activities across IT, business units, and vendors.
