Job summary

Compunnel, Inc. is seeking an IT Project Coordinator to support strategic technology initiatives in a manufacturing environment.

You will work with project managers, stakeholders, vendors, and technical teams to coordinate activities, maintain docs, track deliverables, and keep projects on schedule. The role requires exceptional organization, communication, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in IT, business, PM, engineering, or related field.
• Experience supporting multiple projects in a project coordination role.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Word).
• Experience maintaining project schedules, reports, and documentation.
• Ability to work independently and with cross-functional teams.
• Attention to detail and problem-solving mindset.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate project activities across IT, business, engineering, manufacturing, ops, and vendors.
• Maintain schedules, milestones, deliverables, and dependencies.
• Prepare agendas, minutes, and action-item trackers.
• Monitor progress and escalate risks or blockers.
• Support deployment readiness, cutover planning, and training.
• Assist with budgeting, invoicing, and governance artifacts.
• Travel to Hopkinsville, KY as needed for workshops and testing.
