ASRC Federal Technology Solutions LLC is seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead IT teams supporting a DEA program. The role includes designing, implementing, modernizing, and maintaining web-based applications to meet customer requirements, quality, schedule, and budget.

The ideal candidate is an experienced Agile leader who collaborates with technical teams, business stakeholders, customers, and subcontractors to drive successful outcomes in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in technology or related field.
• 15+ years of IT experience.
• 5+ years of Project Management experience
• 5+ years of management leading teams of 10+ using Agile or other methodologies.
• PMP certification or equivalent.
• Active Secret clearance.

Responsibilities

• Lead and direct one or more project teams supporting IT applications.
• Develop and maintain project execution plans and resources.
• Ensure projects are delivered on schedule, within budget, and meeting requirements.
• Provide technical and analytical guidance to project teams and remove roadblocks.
• Apply Agile practices to support project execution.
• Discuss, review, and clarify requirements with stakeholders.
• Manage Operations & Maintenance and modernization for existing applications.
• Oversee documentation and decommissioning processes.
• Coordinate subcontractors and report progress to customers.
