Job summary

Amatriot Group, LLC is seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead IT teams supporting a DEA program on-site in Arlington/Merrifield, VA. You will guide design, implementation, modernization, and maintenance of web-based applications, ensuring delivery meets customer requirements, quality, schedule, and budget.

The ideal candidate has extensive Agile leadership experience and can effectively coordinate with technical teams, business stakeholders, customers, and subcontractors to drive

Qualifications

• 15+ years of IT experience required.
• 5+ years in project management for web-based applications.
• 5+ years leading teams of 10+ using Agile or similar methods.
• Deep knowledge of Agile practices and governance.
• Experience with Firm-Fixed-Price and Time & Materials contracts.
• Experience managing subcontractors and external vendors.
• PMP certification or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Lead one or more project teams delivering IT applications across design, implementation, modernization, and maintenance.
• Develop and maintain project execution plans with required technical and business resources.
• Ensure on-time delivery within budget and defined quality, scope, and risks.
• Provide guidance to teams and remove delivery roadblocks.
• Manage subcontractors and coordinate stakeholder communications.
• Oversee workforce planning and talent management activities.
• Keep up-to-date with IT and business practices.
